- Fuel system depressurization & preparation
- Fuel rail system disassembly and inspection
- Removal of OEM or existing intake manifold and throttle body
- MAP sensor transfer or replacement (if applicable)
- Installation of OEM or modified intake manifold
- Intake manifold gasket replacement (recommended if installing used intake manifold )
- Fuel rail reinstallation & hardware
- Electrical connector reconnection & system inspection
- Purge valve / vacuum line reconnection
- PCV hose routing

- Leak-down / leak inspection

Long Tube Headers Installation
- Removal of factory exhaust manifolds , y-pipe / x-pipe / h-pipe , and exhaust
- Header gasket installation/replacement
- Long tube header & Y-pipe / X-pipe / H-pipe installation
- Hardware installation
- O2 sensor transfer & 02 Extender Harness installation
- Clearance inspection (steering shaft, frame, suspension, wiring, heat shielding)
- Install of new exhaust ( if applicable )
- Post-install inspection
- Test drive / system verification ( if tuned and vehicle ready )

Whipple Supercharger Installations
- Complete Whipple supercharger system installation
- Blower, intercooler, heat exchanger & cooling system install
- Fuel system component installation (if included with kit)
- Belt routing & pulley alignment
- Electrical/sensor connection verification
- Coolant system refill
- Pre-start inspection checklist
- Diagnostic scan for fault codes (DTC check)
- Post-install quality inspection
- Test drive / system verification (if tuned and vehicle ready)
Ram Air & Cold Air Intake Installations
- Removal of the factory intake system and OEM airbox
- Removal of bumper or center inserts ( only applicable for ram air kit installs )
- Installation and fitment check of the new cold air or ram air intake system
- Air Filter installation and secure mounting installation
- Hardware tightening after proper alignment and fitment check
- Valve cover breather installation
- ( NO TUNE NEEDED )
- Test Drive / System Verification ( If tuned and vehicle ready )
